| Deposit | OKE NOS. 1-113 WERE LOCATED BY EXXON MINERALS COMPANY AS THEIR SMOKEY VALLEY PROJECT AROUND 1982. MOST CLAIMS WERE DROPPED AND ONLY A FEW CLAIMS LIE ON USFS LAND, IN SEC. 5. NINE U.S. BUREAU OF MINES SAMPLES COLLECTED IN 1992 CONTAINED NO SIGNIFICANT VALUES. SAMPLE TOQ-394 IS FROM A 9-INCH DIAMETER DRILL HOLE DRILL OUTINGS. NO VALUES, BUT INDICATES CONTINUED EXPLORATION IN THIS AREA. |
