  • TAILINGS POND IS DOUBLE LINED WITH 12 INCHES OF RECOMPACTED CLAY (10E-6 CM/SEC) AND 60 MIL HDPE LINER. PROCESS WATER IS RECYCLED IN A CLOSED CIRCUIT. 24 HOUR SURVEILLANCE ON TAILINGS POND TO KEEP BIRDS FROM LANDING.
