| Deposit | ESTIMATED LOCATION IS MINE SITE 2 KM SE OF BULEMA , 106 KM WSW OF MBARARA. MICROLITE (TA) AND COLUMBITE OCCUR IN INTERMEDIATE ZONES. ALBITE-MUSCOVITE REPLACED PEGMATITE MICROLITE FREQUENTLY REPLACES EUHEDRAL COLUMBITE CRYSTALS. BERYL (APPLE-GREEN VARIETY) GENERALLY HAS SIZE RANGE OF 1 TO 15 CM. CRYSTALS OF SEVERAL TONS IN WEIGHT WERE REMOVED FROM THE QUARTZ CORE AT BULEMA. RESERVE ESTIMATE (INDICATED AND INFERRED LEVEL) AS RESULT OF 1958-1961 STUDY WAS 54,500 TONS AT 0.048% BEO (0.0175 % BE). |
