Deposit CONTRACT #J0377000.ZELLARS-WILLIAMS INC. FLA. PHOSPHATE PROJ EFFECTIVE DATE JUNE 30, 1977. ADIT UPDATE 1993: THE PROPERTY IS NOT OPERATING AND OWNERSHIP IS PROBABLY STILL THE SAME. FARMLAND OPERATES ONLY CHEMICAL PROCESSING FACILITIES (GREENBAY). IN 1991, 50% OF THE GREENBAY FERTILIZER PLANT AND CERTAIN HARDEE COUNTY RESERVES WERE SOLD TO NORSK HYDRO, THUS FORMING THE JOINT VENTURE FARMLAND HYDRO.
