  • NOTE: THERE IS SOME CONFUSION REGARDING THE LOCATION AND NAMES ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PROPERTY. BUREAU OF MINES PERSONNAL VISITED THE PROPERTY IN 1941 AND AGAIN IN 1950. DIRECTIONS TO THE MINE WERE REPORTED AS FOLLOWS: "IT IS REACHED FROM BEATTY BY HIGHWAY 95 AND A THREE MILE GOOD DESERT ROAD WHICH TURN OFF EAST FROM NO. 95 ABOUT SIX MILES SOUTH OF BEATTY." THIS WOULD PLACE THE MINE IN SEC. 2, T. 13 S., R. 47 E.
