Comments on the workings information

  • AMOUNT AND DISTRIBUTION OF RAINFALL IS NOT KNOWN. AMOUNT OF RAINFALL WOULD BE VERY LITTLE AS AREA IS A DESERT. THE AVAILABILITY OF LABOR IS DIFFICULT TO DETERMINE. SOME EXPERIENCED PERSONNEL ARE AVAILABLE AS THERE HAVE BEEN NITRATE OPERATIONS AND THE SAGASCA CU MINE IS PRODUCING, BUT RELATIVE AMOUNT AVAILABLE IS DIFFICULT TO DETERMINE.
