| Deposit | GANGOU STRONTIUM DEPOSIT IS LOCATED IN HECHUAN COUNTY, 44 KM NORTHWEST OF CHONGQING, SICHUAN PROVINCE. THE DEPOSIT IS CONNECTED WITH MAIN ROAD TO CHONGQING. THIS IS A SEDIMENTAL DEPOSIT OF CELESTITE. IT OWES A RESERVE OF CELESTITE 430,000 T WHICH IS OF THE THIRD POSITION IN P.R. CHINA. THE ORE GRADE IS RICH, THAT IS SRSO4 25-69%. TWO-THIRDS OF THE TOTAL RESERVE CONSISTS OF HIGH-GRADE ORE AT 40% SRSO4. THE DEPOSIT IS BEING MINED IN A SMALL SCALE. THE MINED ORE ARE EASY TO BE BENEFICIATED. THE CELESTITE CONCENTRATE, WHICH CONSOSTS OF SRSO4 80%, ARE PROCESSED INTO THE FORM OF CARBONATE STRONTIUM AND THEN ARE SOLD ON THE MARKET. THE CAPACITY OF PROCESSING CARBONATE STRONTIUM IS 2000 T/YEAR.
