MINERALIZATION INCLUDES AU, PYRITE & ARSENOPYRITE. FAULT PROBABLY TRACE OF CHICAGOFF FAULT. COUNTRY ROCK IS SITKA GRAYWACKE CUT BY SEVERAL DIKES.
