Deposit A 100 FT. SHAFT WAS SUNK ALONG THE FIRST OR FRONT VEIN OF MA ORE. THE VEIN VARIED FROM 3 TO 5 FT. THICK. THIS WAS THE LAST MAGNETITE MINE TO BE OPERATED IN LEHIGH CO SEE ALSO MOYER, WIEAND, WICKERT, AND JOBST MINES.
