Deposit GAURDAK IS AN EXPLORED DEPOSIT IN THE GAURDAK-KUGITANG BASIN OF EASTERN TURKMENISTAN/SOUTHWEST UZBEKISTAN. THIS DEPOST IS LOCATED 170 KM FROM THE KARLYUK DEPOSIT EXPERIMENTAL SOLUTION MINING OPERATION. LAT/LONG ARE FOR THE TOWN OF GAURDAK. IT IS BEING ASSUMED THAT THE TOWN IS WITHIN 5 KM OF THE DEPOSIT. THIS DEPOSIT MAY BE ASSOCIATED WITH THE GAURDAK SULFUR DEPOSIT, LOCATED NEAR THE TOWN OF MUKRY/MUKRI, IN TRUKMENISTAN.
