ORE MINERALS: PYRITE, SPHAL GALENA, CHALCOPYRITE, STIBNITE, RHODOCHROSITE. ORIGIN: EPIT LOCATION: 14KM SE KEELUNG & 5KM & JUIFANG. GOLD DEPOSITS OCCUR AS EPITHERMAL FISSURE-FILLING VEINS, MOS ALONG THE NO TRENDING FAULTS AFTER DACITE INTRUSION. ORE OCCUR AS POCKETS, NESTS, PIPES. GOLD CONTENT VARIES FROM 8, TO LESS THAN 1G/MT. INCREASING COST & DEPLETION RICH ORE HAS CAUSED MINE TO CLOSE
