  • Geologic Description = Site is described as an outcrop of Tertiary Orca Group slate (Nelson and others, 1985) stained with malachite. One 6-inch-wide shear zone contains chalcopyrite. Analysis of one grab sample indicated 0.51% Cu (Jansons and others, 1984).
