Comments on the reserve resource information

  • Disele South:
Valuation?? especially for their compilation of the
historical resource estimations deriving from G'ecamines and Union Mini`ere. The basis for the historical estimates on the most important deposits on the permits are summarized in Table 2 below. Behre Dolbear
believes that, in the Union Mini`ere tradition, the historical resources were conservatively calculated. Those resource estimates were prepared using classical methods with ore blocks on sections extended to the mid
point between individual sections and projected onto level plans. Behre Dolbear has also reviewed sections from Disele South and is of the opinion the mineralization has the continuity assumed and the calculations
have integrity to classify the resources as inferred mineral resources under NI43-101. Accordingly it is estimated that the NI43-101 compliant inferred mineral resource as at June 2007 is approximately 60.2 million
tonnes at 2.12% copper and 0.49% cobalt, with a content of 1.28 million tonnes of copper and 295,000 tonnes
of cobalt. Details of this mineral resource are set out in Table 1 below.

Technical Report makes reference to "the report by RSG Global dated July 2007 titled ``Valuation of Mineral Properties, Plant and Equipment ? Independent Technical Valuation?? especially for their compilation of the
historical resource estimations deriving from G'ecamines and Union Mini`ere.", but MJK could not find this original document.
