  • No sign of another pit in the SW4 of adjacent sec. 9 on 2013 satellite imagery. Unable to find actual location of those adjacent workings on the Thayer Junction topo. If this was an area, not a pit, then there is no sign of such workings as of 2013 satellite imager.
