Economic information

Comments on the ore body information

  • Ore appears to be in a narrow vein in breccia between the Treasure Vault stock and the gneiss. Dump has no smell of sulphur. Very little pyrite. Very little ore. Analyses (#s 273-303) in MLA 87-3 (p. 68-71) indicate very low concentrations of Au, a few samples with slight Ag, and tiny amounts of Cu, Pb, Zn, and Mo in a few samples.

General For the size of the mine and the amount of development on the property, it does not appear to have been very productive. No records or mention of production could be located.
