Deposit SMALL POCKETS AND VEINS OF MN OXIDES IN AND ADJACENT TO JASPER IN A SILICEOUS JASPER ZONE IN IGNEOUS ROCK. THE ZONE TRENDS ABOUT N 20 E AND IS 15 M LONG AND 3 -4.5 M WIDE. KUYPERS AND DENYER (1979) STATE THAT POCKETS ARE AT THE CONTACT BETWEEN THE RADIOLARIAN CHERT AND THE BASALT.
