| Deposit | THE MAIN VEIN: STRIKED N45E, DIPS 40-50SE, EXPLORED BY INCLINED SHAFT, ON ADIT LEVEL VEIN AVERAGES 18 INCHES IN THICKNESS & CONSISTS OF BRECCIATED QUARTZ RECEMENTED BY LATER QUARTZ. ON 45-FOOT LEVEL THE MAIN VEIN IS 36 INCHES WIDE BUT PINCHES TO 2 INCHES AT BOTTOM OF SHAFT. BINDHEIMITE IS PRESENT AS BLEBS, PODS, & VEINLETS UP TO 8 INCHES WIDE IN THE QUARTZ. YELLOW SB-OXIDE PRESENT. PYRITE OCCURS AS BLEBS IN PODS AND CUBES OF LIMONITE, BOTH IN THE QUARTZ AND WALL ROCK. A NARROW VEIN OCCURS 350 FEET TO SOUTH AND STRIKES N35W, DIPS 85W WITH ONLY MINOR AMOUNT OF BINDHEIMITE AND SB-OXIDES. |
