  • PROSPECTED BEFORE 1776, BETWEEN 1852 TO 1854 SHAFT 120 FEET DEEP ON VEIN QUARTZ 1.5 TO 3 FEET THICK. VEIN DIPS 35 TO 40 DEG. WEST; TRENDS NORTH AND OUTCROPS ON CONNECTICUT RIVER BANK AS QUARTZ VEIN BEARING SULFIDES 10 TO 20 INCHES THICK.
