STRIKE IN PRODUCTIVE UPPER LEVELS N 20-60 W, DIP 30-60 NE. MAY FOLLOW SAME NORMAL FAULT AS OPHIR VEIN. SEVERAL SMALL THRUST FAULTS, NONE DISPLACING VEIN MORE THAN 10 FT. LOWEST LEVEL IS SHARP CHANGE IN STRIKE SEEMS DUE TO PREMINERAL FAULTING OF NW FISSURE BY N FISSURE. 2 KINDS OF POST MINERAL FAULTS. 1) SUBPARALLEL TO BUT CROSSING VEIN, 2) STEEPLY, USUALLY W DIPPING, NORTHERLY STRIKING FISSURES. MOSTLY ONLY A FEW FEET, BUT ONE, WHICH MAY BE SAME AS SIXTEEN TO ONE, MAY DISPLACE VEIN AS MUCH AS 250 FT. LITTLE MARIPOSITE. BRECCIATED, RECEMENTED QTZ OBSERVED ALONG HANGING WALL ASSOCIATED W HIGH GRADE ORE, & SMALL FAULTS, W/1 QTZ BUT NOT ARSENOPYRITE.
