General Listed as being in Shirley Basin Mining District on MS-94, but shown at least a mile to the East on the map.
Deposit "Uranium occurs along a narrow breccia zone 5 ft. thick in the basal Pennsylvanian part of the Casper formation. The uranium mineral questionably identified as staffelite (uraniferous carbonate fluroapatite[sic]), is disseminated in a pale botryoidal apatite up to several mm. in size." (Bull. 50, p. 209).
