WORK AT THIS FACILITY HAS BEEN SUSPENDED DUE TO THE RISING COSTS OF ELECTRICITY. WORKERS PUT ON INDEFINITE LEAVE BECAUSE OF HIGH POWER COSTS AND OLD DEBTS. MINING JOURNAL 0CT 15, 1993.
