| Deposit | SURFACE EXPOSURES OF THE BODY COMPRISE 60-70% OF THE OUTCROP AREA OF 1600 BY 2500 FT. The taconite occurs IN PARALLEL LAYERS 5-30 FT THICK that are SYNFORMAL IN STRUCTURE. Precambrian gneiss an dmigmatite separate the leayers. Migmatite and amphibolite surround the taconite. |
