| Deposit | STOSE AND STOSE (1957) INDICATED A BARITE ZONE TRENDING N 55 E AND BARITE PROSPECT ON THEIR MAP. NO DESCRIPTION OF THE SITE WAS GIVEN IN THEIR REPORT. J.B. COX RECALLED THAT BARITE WAS PROSPECTED NEAR THE NEW RIVER, BUT WAS UNABLE TO GIVE AN EXACT LOCATION. THE PROSPECT AREA WAS FIELD CHECKED 9/86. NO WORKINGS WERE FOUND.
