  • Geologic Description = Malachite in fractures, amygdules, and volcanic breccias in amygdaloidal basalt flows of the Triassic Nikolai Greenstone. Tunnel was driven in a northwest- trending fracture zone at the contact between a flow breccia and an overlying amygdaloidal basalt flow.
