  • Geologic Description = Malachite-stained shear zone contains pyrite, chalcopyrite, and free gold. Shear zone, 1 m wide, occurs between Triassic Nikolai Greenstone and a brecciated latite dike, about 9 m thick, that intrudes along the contact of the Nikolai Greenstone and the Triassic Chitistone Limestone.
