Deposit RETICULATED NETWORK OF MINERALIZED FRACTURES IN INTENSELY ALTERED (PROPYLITIZED) TERTIARY ANDESITE AND DACITE CONTAINING FREE GOLD, PYRITE, GALENA, SPHALERITE, CHALCOPYRITE, AND NATIVE COPPER IN GANGUE OF QUARTZ AND SUBORDINATE CALCITE AND ORTHOCLASE. ORE BODY STRIKES N 20 DEGREES E, AND IS 5-40 FT. WIDE. ORE BODY FORMS SHOOT THAT PITCHES NORTHWARD TO A DEPTH OF 800 FT., AND COMES TO THE SURFACE AT 600 FT. ELEVATION TO THE SOUTH. COUNTRY ROCK IS MINERALIZED TO A CERTAIN EXTENT ON EITHER SIDE OF MAIN ORE BODY. MAIN SHOOT HAS BEEN MINED OUT.
