SULFIDES MOSTLY PYRITE AND SPHALERITE WITH LESSER AMOUNTS OF GALENA, CHALCOPYRITE, BORNITE, TETRAHEDRITE, SECONDARY CHALCOCITE AND COVELLITE, TRACES OF MALACHITE, NATIVE SILVER, AND GOLD. TWO ZONES OF MINERALIZATION, ONE IN VICINITY OF ADITS NO. 1 AND 2, THE OTHER TO THE NW IN VICINITY OF INCLINED AND VERITICAL SHAFTS, ARE SEPARATED BY 700 FT. OF BEACH BARREN OF MINERALIZATION. QUARTZ VEINS UP TO 20 FT. WIDE ARE COMPOSED OF QUARTZ STRINGERS UP TO SEVERAL IN. WIDE WITH INTERVENING SCHIST LAYERS. DISSEMINATED SULFIDES OCCUR IN THE SCHIST LAYERS.
