| Relative position | This lode occurrence is 1.6 miles southeast of Fisher Dome and 1.4 miles due south of the headwaters of Fisher Creek. It is approximately located, perhaps within miles. The coordinates provided by Hoare and Cobb (1977) do not match the location shown by Cobb (1972 [MF 455]), which is the one used in this record. The map site is on the midline of the ridge at an elevation of about 2,500 feet, in the SE1/4 of section 34, T 9 N, R 39 W, of the Seward Meridian. This is locality 4 of Cobb (1972 [MF 455]) and of Hoare and Cobb (1977). |
