| Deposit | GOLD OCCURS IN STREAKS OF FINE GRAVEL 3 TO 6 INCHES THICK IN MAIN BODY OF GRAVEL. THESE STREAKS ARE IRREGULARLY DISTRIBUTED BOTH VERTICALLY AND HORIZONTALLY. LITTLE OR NO GOLD IS FOUND ON BEDROCK. PAY STREAK ABOUT A MILE LONG, 20-50 FEET WIDE, AND ABOUT 15 FT. THICK (ALL OF GRAVEL); GRAVEL OVERLAIN BY ABOUT 25 FEET OF FROZEN MUCK. THE PAY STREAK LIES ABOUT 100 FEET NW OF AND PARALLEL TO THE CREEK. ONLY A LITTLE CASSITERITE IN GRAVELS. |
