Comments on the geologic information

  • Geologic Description = Ocurrence consists of phosphatic, uranifereous(?) pelletal rock from the Alapah Limestone of the Mississippian and Pennsylvanian Lisburne Group. Pelletal phosphate with quartz, purple fluorite and carbonaceous matter, occurs in a calcite matrix in the black shale and chert member of the Alapah.
