Deposit VEIN MINERALIZATION ZONED AROUND QUIMSA CRUZ BATHOLITH. INNER ZONE OF QUARTZ-FELDSPAR-MUSCOVITE-WOLFRAMITE-PYRRHOTITE-CHALCOPYRITE VEINS IN FOLIATED QUARTZITE ALONG CONTACT WITH BATHOLITH. INTERMEDIATE ZONE OF IRREGULAR QUARTZ-TOURMALINE-ARSENOPYRITE-PYRITE-WOLFRAMITE-ELECTRUM VEINS UP TO 5 M WIDE EXTENDS 1.5 KM FROM CONTACT. OUTER ZONE OF CHLORITE-STIBNITE-CASSITERITE-ARSENOPYRITE-JAMESONITE VEINS IN SHALE AND SLATE, AND STOCKWORKS OF TOURMALINE-PYRITE-GOLD? IN QUARTZITE. SURFACE OXIDATION HAS ENRICHED GOLD VALUES IN THE INTERMEDIATE ZONE. OXIDIZED ORES CONSIST OF LIMONITE AND FREE GOLD.
