General comments

Subject category Comment text
Deposit VEIN IS A SERIES OF PARALLEL, NARROW VEINS EACH UP TO 30 CM WIDE AND COLLECTIVELY 0.5 TO 1 M WIDE. AHLFELD AND SCHNEIDER-SCHERBINA (1964) DESCRIBE THE VEIN AS A LIMONITIC BRECCIA, 40 CM WIDE, WITH FINELY DISSEMINATED CASSITERITE, WOLFRAMITE, AND NATIVE GOLD. THE OWNER (C. BARRIOS) CLAIMS GOLD OF 30 MICRON SIZE OCCURS IN MAGNETITE, BUT IS NOT RECOVERABLE BY GRAVITY CONCENTRATION.
