Deposit ON THE SLOPE IN TWO OR THREE LOCALITIES, FRAGMENTS AND BOULDERS OF SPECULAR ORE ARE FOUND. THE LARGEST WOULD WEIGH SEVENTY-FIVE OR ONE HUNDRED POUNDS. THE ORE IS HARD AND PORTIONS OF IT CONTAIN GRAINS OF WHITE QUARTZ.
Deposit NO WORK HAS BEEN DONE HERE TO PROVE THE OCCURENCE OR NON-OCCURENCE OF UNDERGROUND ORE. NO BEDDED ROCK IS EXPOSED NEAR THE SURFACE ORE. ; INFO.SRC : 1 PUB LIT
