Deposit THE DEPOSIT IS A TONGUE-LIKE MASS 6,000 FEET LONG BY 1500' WIDE AND MAXIMUM THICKNESS OF 200 FEET. THIS DEPOSIT IS ACTIVE SPORADICALLY A STATEMENT IN THE BEAVER RIVER BASIN STUDY INDICATES THAT PUMICE AND PUMICITE HAVE BEEN PRODUCED FROM THE BAILEY RIDGE AREA. NACKOWSKI ( 1959 ) STATES THAT THIS MINE WAS THE ONLY PRODUCER OF PERLITE IN 1957 . ; INFO.SRC : 1 PUB LIT
