Deposit THE ORE IS PRIMARY LIMONITE AND OCCURS EMBEDDED IN A CHERTY RED CLAY OVERLYING THE ROUBIDOUX SANDSTONE. SOME OF THE ORE CONTAINS CHERT AND A FEW GRAINS OF SAND.
