Deposit NELSON-MOORE AND OTHERS (1978) REPORT MINERALIZATION IN CARBONACEOUS CONGLOMERATIC SANDSTONE IN SANGRE DE CRISTO FM, BUT JOHNSON'S MAP SHOWS MINTURN FM.
Deposit A.B. Wilson attempted to check location against Google Earth. There is disturbed ground close to location given in original MRDS record D006701. Location given in MAS record 0080230007 is 10 km farther north. Using driving directions given in Nelson-Moore and others, p. 114, would not arrive at that location. Nor would they arrive at the selected location, probably because there are many newer roads.
Deposit ABWilson recommends merged information from record 10166884 into this record 10011645 and deleted the former.
