  • TUNNEL DRIVEN 5 FT AT S35E TO VEIN, THENCE 45 FT AT S50E, THENCE N65E FOR AT LEAST 20 FT INTO CAVED AREA. AT INTERSECTION OF TUNNEL AND VEIN, WINZE SUNK TO UNKNOWN DEPTH ON VEIN. DRIFT PROCEEDS 210 FT AT N70 TO 85E INTO CAVED AREA. AT 170 FT ALONG DRIFT, 100 FT OF CROSSCUT AND DRIFT DEVELOPED ALONG FOUR OTHER SMALL VEINS. IN MID TO LATE 1950'S, OPERATORS WERE EXTENDING TUNNEL SOUTHEASTWARD TO CONNECT WITH LITTLE JENNIE WORKINGS TO PROVIDE ANOTHER EXIT AND VENTILATION.
