Deposit GALENA STRINGERS IN SHEARED LIMESTONE AT THE MIDDLE WORKING (A SOUTHEAST TRENDING, 25 FT LONG OPEN CUT) AND VERMICULITE IN 3-4 IN. WIDE CLAY SEAMS IN TOPSOIL OVERLYING QUARTZ MONZONITE. THE SOUTHERN MOST WORKING HAD NO MINERALIZATION.
Deposit GALENA WAS IDENTIFIED ON THE DUMP OF THE MIDDLE WORKING. THE OCCURRENCE AS STRINGERS IS SURMISED FROM THE PRESENCE OF A N25E, 77 NW SHEAR ZONE AT THE FACE. ; INFO.SRC : 3 FIELD OBSERV; 1 PUB LIT
