  • THE SHALES ARE HIGHLY SQUEEZED AND PULVERIZED, AND SLIGHTLY EFFECTED BY SERICITIZATION. THE OVERLYING LIMESTONES ARE DARK GRAY, BRECCIATED, DOLOMITIZED AND SILICIFIED. VEINS OF CALCITE AND QUARTZ ARE COMMON. THE COUNTRY ROCKS ARE HIGHLY FOLDED.
