  • LIME-SILICATE BEDS CONTAINING SCHEELITE FOLLOW SCHISTOSITY OF METAMORPHICS; THERE ARE AT LEAST 4 BEDS OR ZONES CONTAINING SCHEELITE. ZONE 1 IS 528 FT FROM PORTAL OF ADIT, 223 FT BELOW SURFACE, FOLLOWING SOUTH SIDE OF 36-FT PEGMATITE DIKE. ZONE 2 IS 588 FT FROM PORTAL ABOUT MIDWAY BETWEEN 36-FT LONG PEGMATITE DIKE AND 16-FT DIKE FURTHER NORTH. ZONE 3 IS 608 FT FROM PORTAL, FOLLOWS NORTH SIDE 16-FT PEGMATITE DIKE. ZONE 4 IS 1030 FT FROM PORTAL, 6-FT WIDE, 350 FT BELOW SURFACE AND CONSISTS OF SCATTERED SCHEELITE IN SILICEOUS AND GARNETIFEROUS MICA SCHIST.
