  • JAHNS (1946) REPORTS PRODUCTION OF OVER 2,500 POUNDS THUMB-TRIMMED PLATE AND PUNCH MICA AND 80 TONS OF SCRAP MICA SINCE 1900. IN 1943 MORE THAN 100 POUNDS OF TRIMMED SHEET MICA, 15 TO 20 TONS OF SCRAP MICA AND NEARLY 100 POUNDS OF BISMUTITE WERE PRODUCED.
