Deposit MANY PEGMATITES CROP OUT IN THE AREA. THE REGIONAL STRIKE IS N 25 E WITH LOCAL VARIATIONS OF 25 DEGREES. THE PEGMATITE CONSISTS OF MEDIUM TO COARSE-GRAINED FELDSPARS AND PODS OF ANHEDRAL QUARTZ. MUSCOVITE OCCURS IN VEINLIKE CONCENTRATIONS AT CONTACTS BETWEEN QUARTZ AND FELDSPAR AND IN BOOKS SPARSELY DISSEMINATED THROUGHOUT THE PEGMATITE. GARNET, MAGNETITE, AND COLUMBITE ARE SPARSELY SCATTERED THROUGHOUT THE PEGMATITE.
