Deposit ROCKWELL (1936) EXAMINED SHAFT TO 165 FT.
Deposit ROCKWELL (1936) LOCATES THIS IN NW-SE-SE-SE-28-3N-13W., W. OF ROAD. WILSON (1976, P. 151) LOCATES THIS IN SE-NE-NE-33-3N-13W., ABOUT 0.25 MI S. OF ROCKWELL'S LOCATION. SCHOONOVER (1948, P. 80) SAID THAT THE LOCATION WAS ABOUT 1.3 MI BY ROAD E. TO SE OF KETCH LAKE, WHICH WOULD BE CLOSER TO ROCKWELL'S LOCATION IN SEC. 28. GRIGGS (1936) HAD A LOCATION IN SW-SW-NE-SW-28, BUT HIS GEOGRAPHY SEEMED TO BE OFF BY ONE-HALF MILE. WOODRUFF (1904, P. 27) HAD THIS 10 MI NE OF CACHE.
