Deposit EL YACIMIENTO CONSISTE EN UNA FRACTURA MINERALIZADA EN DONDE EL MINERAL SE PRESENTA EN HILOS.
Deposit PRINCIPAL PEGMATITES ARE THE SAN MIGUEL, SAN PABLO, AND PALMIRA. PEGMATITES ARE ZONED: QUARTZ CORE, MICA WITH CLOTS OF COLUMBITE AND RARE FERGUSONITE, MICROCLINE-PERTHITE-ALBITE-QUARTZ SOMETIMES WITH BERYL, AND AN APLITIC BORDER. SOME PEGMATITES CONTAIN ONLY MAGNETITE-ILMENITE-TOURMALINE ASIDE FROM QUARTZ AND FELDSPAR. OTHER MINERALS REPORTED INCLUDE FLUORITE, MONAZITE, AND "CIRTOLITA". S VERAL RESIDUAL KAOLIN DEPOSITS DEVELOPED ON EXPOSED PEGMATITES IN THE SAN JORGE AND PALMIRA AREAS. LATERITIC WEATHERING EXTENDS TO A DEPTH OF 8 M.
