  • SLICKENSIDES SHOW MOVEMENT ESSENTIALLY HORIZONTAL. THE VEIN HAD BEEN MINED OUT ABOVE THE 75 FT LEVEL FROM ABOUT 400 FEET NORTHEAST OF THE NO. 2 SHAFT TO 300 FEET SOUTHWEST OF THE NO. 1 SHAFT-A HORIZONTAL DISTANCE OF 900 FEET. THE VEIN HAS BEEN STOPED OUT ON THE 100-FOOT LEVEL FROM 250 FEET NORTHEAST OF THE NORTH SHAFT TO 30 FEET SOUTHWEST OF THE SOUTH SHAFT-A HORIZONTAL DISTANCE OF ABOUT 480 FEET.
