  • COUNTRY ROCK IS FOLIATED IN PLACES WITH DISSEMINATED BORNITE (?), CHALCOCITE (?), AND MAGNETITE, LOCALLY ALTERED TO HEMATITE. BIOTITE LINEATION IN THE QUARTZ MONZONITE AND RECRYSTALLIZATION OF QUARTZ AND FELDSPAR INDICATE SHEARING. QUARTZ VEINS ARE SHEARED IN PLACES AND WITH FRACTURES CONTAINING CHLORITE AND SERICITE.

  • MANY PITS AND SHAFTS CHOKED OR FILLED WITH DEBRIS WERE PRESENT AT THE MINE SITE IN 1966. THE MAIN WORKINGS TREND NORTH-SOUTH.
