| Deposit | MINERALIZED BRECCIA IS FLOORED BY THE FAULT. LOWER PLATE ROCKS ARE BLOCKY, JOINTED, UNALTERED, AND UNMINERALIZED. THE MINERALIZED ROCK IS INTENSELY GROUND AND BRECCIATED PRECAMBRIAN GRANITE AND RHYOLITE DIKES AND SILLS. THE GOLD OCCURS MAINLY IN GREENISH-YELLOW QUARTZ AND IN STREAKS OF CHOCOLATE-BROWN IRON OXIDE. USBM REPORTS MINERALIZED ZONE IS 750 FT LONG, 90 FT WIDE, 60 FT THICK, AND EXPOSED AT THE SURFACE. |
