  • PROPERTY WORKED ON A MODEST SCALE FROM ABOUT 30 YEARS UNTIL 1933. LARGE BLOCKS OF MARBLE IN A ROUGH STATE SHIPPED TO SAN FRANCISCO WHERE THEY WERE CUT AND POLISHED. MARBLE FROM THIS QUARRY WAS USED IN THE ROTUNDAS OF THE SAN FRANCISCO CITY HALL AND THE MUSEUM BUILDING AT STANFORD UNIVERSITY
