  • GEOL.DESC: AVERAGE THICKNESS OF 5' OF GRAVEL CEMENTED TOGETHER WITH SULPHIDES; VALUES FOUND AS FREE GOLD AND SULPHIDES. LARGE BOULDERS OCCUR; LAVA BEDROCK. 500' TUNNEL DRIVEN W, FOLLOWED BY A FLAT 200' INCLINE S, FROM WHICH THERE IS A 150' DRIFT W, FOLLOWED BY A 150' DRIFT SW. ALL WORK IS ON THE BENSON "FLOW," A SMALL CHANNEL ABOUT 100' ABOVE THE DEEP BLUE CHANNEL.
