  • GEOL.DESC: SERIES OF VEINS OF SIMILAR ATTITUDE WITH MINERALIZED SCHIST. BOTH WALLS ARE SCHIST AND MOLYBDENITE WAS FOUND WITH SULFIDES AT HALE MINE. THREE VEINS ARE CUT OFF BELOW SURFACE BY A FAULT WHICH STRIKES PARALLEL TO VEINS.

  • BENSON SHAFT IS 500 FT DEEP AT INCLINE OF 78 DEG., WITH LEVELS; NO. 1 AT 50 FT, NO 2 AT 135 FT, NO. 5 AT 423 FT WITH SEVERAL THOUSAND FEET OF DRIFTS AND CROSSCUTS. THE 140 FT VERTICLE SMYTH SHAFT HAS LEVELS AT 84 AND 130 FT WITH OVER 1500 FT OF DRIFTS AND CROSSCUTS.
